Training for Trainers

Centaur Training differ from other training companies in our approach to the setting up of In House Manual Handling Key Trainer systems. Our unique approach is centred around the fact that we only ever send out training specialists that still have the hands on experience with a client group for the which the course is intended.

So, when working with a special school our trainer will not only have a good working background in that area but still have hands on experience with children with physical special needs. Every Key Trainer system we help install is suitably modified to make it even more relevant to the environment and to the client. Each person we train to be a Key Trainer is provided with a DVD based training pack which helps them to deliver their own In - House courses. These training packs are regularly kept up to date.

Once trained the new Key Trainer can look forward to constant support and assistance directly from Centaur Training. Each Key Trainer is continually assessed via paper based evaluations which are carried out every 6 months in-definitely. In addition to this we have our free dedicated help line, web based support and office team who are ready to help.
