Handling For Catering

Few professions face a wider range of manual handling tasks within such a potentially hazardous range of environments. This is the first course to meet the needs of the caterer, and fulfill the requirements of of the legislation in this area. The course addresses all aspects of handling for caterers in a comprehensive twelve unit course.
