About Us

Centaur Training started life over 20 years ago producing Health & Safety training packages for the off-shore industry, 12 years ago we produced our first Manual Handling training pack and we are now market leaders in the research, production and delivery of training courses, media and supporting learning materials for the Health Care sector.

We are based in the North East of England and have a truly national presence. Our clients stretch from Cornwall right up to the Scottish Highlands and anywhere in - between. We work with NHS Trusts, Councils, Social Services, Special Schools, Local Education Authorities, Hospices, Residential Homes, Domicillary Care, Charities, The Voluntary Sector, Shops, Factories and Private Hospitals. Our wide array of products and courses range from 1 day basic Moving & Handling awareness training to putting together detailed Policies on behalf of Councils or Schools.
